CANCELLATION POLICY
At CV Serenity MedSpa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure we can provide the highest level of care without impacting other scheduled appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.
